SALON POLICY

Understanding our salon policies is essential for both the stylist and client to have a successful and enjoyable salon experience.

Confirmations & Cancellations

At George we will always confirm your service with a reminder text a week prior to your upcoming appointment. To secure your appointment, we kindly ask that you respond with a 'YES' or contact us to reschedule. If we do not receive your confirmation within 38 hours - 48 hours of your appointment time, we will call you to reconfirm. If we do not receive your confirmation within 48 hours prior to your appointment we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost is required to be paid before any future appointments can be made. If you do not arrive for your confirmed appointment or cancel on the same day, a no-show fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged.

Late Arrivals or Missed Appointments

We value both your time and ours. If you realise you might be more than 15 minutes late, please call the salon as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but in some cases, we may need to move your appointment to a different day or assign you to another team member within the same week. If rescheduling is not possible, a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged. This helps us manage our appointments efficiently, ensuring every client receives the quality service they deserve while respecting everyone's time.

Deposits

New colour clients and all online bookings will require a 25% deposit to secure your space. This amount is deducted from your total service on the day of your appointment.

Colour corrections require a $200 deposit before we can secure your space. As colour correction is such a personalised service we require a consultation to be completed before we can allocate an appropriate time frame.

Sustainability

Each time you visit our Sustainable Salon your service will include a small Green Fee of just $3.00 that will support the salon to keep its commitment to sustainability. For more information, please visit www.sustainablesalons.com.au or ask your stylist during your next visit.

Satisfaction Guartee

We do not offer refunds on hair services, but we strive to meet your expectations and ensure you love your hair. If you have any concerns after leaving the salon, please contact us within 72 hours, and we will arrange a complimentary revision appointment.
